ABOUT
We're making moonlighting safe.
Mondeed is for people with a day job and more to give, and for the companies that need them.
Why we started
Millions of people already work on the side. Most of them do it quietly, guessing at their contracts and hoping nobody notices. The companies hiring them are guessing too. We think both sides deserve better: privacy where it protects people, checks where they prevent harm, and a human making every decision that counts.
Why now
- 01Remote work made it normal to work with a team on the other side of the world.
- 02AI can now do the searching, checking and paperwork that made part-time hiring too slow to bother with.
- 03Employers are paying much closer attention to moonlighting, so doing it carefully matters more than it ever has.
