This policy explains what USS Private Limited collects through this website and why. We follow the data protection law that applies to you, including the GDPR for visitors in the EEA and UK and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
If you join the early-access list: your email, whether you are a professional or hiring, your country if you give it, your marketing choice, the page you signed up on and any campaign (UTM) tags in the link you followed.
If you ask to hire: your name, work email, company, the role you need, hours per week and your timezone.
We do not collect your employer, contract details or any identity documents on this website.
Why we use it
To contact you about early access or your hiring request (your request, and our legitimate interest in responding).
To send product updates only if you ticked the box (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
Analytics
If analytics are enabled, we use a privacy-friendly, cookie-free tool that counts visits without identifying you. We use no advertising pixels.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@mondeed.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
Retention
We keep early-access details until launch plus 12 months, or until you ask us to delete them.
