VERIFICATION
Proof beats promises.
Two checks, both with your permission. A technical interview that shows what you can do, and a background check that confirms who you are and where you've worked.
The technical interview
What's asked
About 30 to 45 minutes in your own stack. A real problem to solve, a design conversation, and questions about things you've actually built.
How it's scored
Against a published rubric for each skill and level. We look at whether it works, how you reasoned, and how clearly you explained it.
Human review
A person on our team reviews every result before a badge appears. The AI never awards one by itself.
The background check
Consent first
Nothing starts until you say so, and you see exactly what will be checked first.
Licensed partners
Your identity, education and work history are checked by licensed partners in each country we cover. We'll name them in the Trust centre at launch.
What companies see
A badge with a date, like “Background verified (Mar 2027)”. Never the report itself.
Badges expire after a year.
People change jobs and pick up new skills. Every badge shows its date and expires after 12 months, so what companies see is always recent.
