- We process personal data on the basis of your consent or to deliver the service you asked for.
- You can access, correct, export or delete your data.
- We design for the strictest regimes we operate under, including the GDPR (EU and UK) and India's DPDP Act, and follow local law in each country we serve.
- Cross-border data transfers use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
Responsible AI
- Agents suggest, humans decide. No agent can accept an offer, reveal an identity or contact anyone without approval.
- Every agent action that affects a match is logged in an audit trail you can see.
- No automated hiring decisions. Badges are issued only after human review.
- We explain why an agent suggested or removed something, in plain language.
