HOW IT WORKS
Your agent does the legwork. You make the calls.
Every step, for both sides, from the first search to the first payout. Anything that matters waits for a person to say yes.
HOW IT WORKS
Your agent does the legwork. You make the calls.
- 01You
Tell it once.
Your skills, the hours you have spare, your minimum rate, and where you work by day. That last part never leaves your account.
- 02Agent
Prove it once.
A short technical interview and a background check you agree to. Pass both and you earn badges companies actually trust.
- 03Agent
Let it hunt.
Your agent watches new gigs around the clock and runs a conflict check on every one that fits.
- 04Agent + you
Get a shortlist, not a feed.
A handful of gigs, each with its rating and a plain-English reason it made the cut. No endless scrolling.
- 05You
Talk first. Reveal later.
Chat with the company anonymously. Share your name only when you both want to go ahead.
- 06You
Do the work. Get paid.
Log your hours, the company approves them, and we handle the invoice. You never chase a payment.
- 01You
Describe the gig.
The skills you need, hours a week, how much overlap you want with your team, and your budget.
- 02Agent
Get a ranked shortlist.
Verified professionals with no conflict with your gig, available in the hours you asked for.
- 03You
Judge the proof.
Interview scores, background-check status and real availability, side by side. No CV theatre.
- 04Agent + you
Talk, then meet properly.
Start the conversation anonymously. Names are shared the moment both sides agree.
- 05You
Approve hours. Pay once.
One weekly timesheet per person, one invoice, one fee. That's the whole admin.
THE MATCH LIFECYCLE
From first match to first payout.
Each step shows who's in charge of it: an agent, a person, or both together.
- 01Agent
Suggested
Gig Scout finds it. Conflict Check clears it. It lands on your shortlist.
- 02You
Mutual interest
You like the gig. They like your profile. Both of you say so.
- 03Agent + you
Anonymous chat
You talk it through. Message Shield hides contact details on both sides.
- 04You
HR approvalOptional
Only if your company runs a Mondeed programme and you choose to ask. You get the answer in writing.
- 05You
Reveal
Two yeses and your names are swapped. The reveal is logged.
- 06You
Offer
The company makes an offer. Accept it, counter it or walk away.
- 07You
Work
You work in the agreed hours, never inside your day job.
- 08Agent + you
Timesheets
Your agent drafts the week. You confirm it. The company approves it.
- 09Agent
Payout
We invoice the company and pay you once their payment clears.
OPTIONAL STEP
OptionalPlannedWant your employer's blessing first?
For people whose company runs a Mondeed programme, there's an optional approval step between the chat and the reveal. Skip it whenever you like.
- Green
Pre-approved
Categories HR has cleared up front, like teaching or non-competing industries outside core hours. No request needed.
- Amber
Ask HR first
Grey areas go to HR before you accept. They see the company, its industry, the type of work and the hours. Nothing else.
- Red
Blocked
Competitors and protected areas never reach you, so there's nothing to approve.
How a request works
- 1
You both want to go ahead
You and the company have talked anonymously and like the fit.
- 2
You tap “Request approval”
It's always your choice to send it. HR never gets a list of who's on Mondeed.
- 3
HR decides within 3 working days
Approve, decline with a reason, or ask a question. Their policy says what happens if they stay quiet.
- 4
You get it in writing
A dated approval record you keep. Then the reveal and the offer go ahead as normal.
What stays private
- Only people who join their company's programme ever see this flow.
- HR never sees your rate, your chats or the rest of your profile.
- The hiring company never learns your HR was involved, or who your employer is.
- Every request and decision is logged, and both you and HR can see the log.
